We will come out and diagnose the problem.

We will come out and change your 1 inch filter, check electrical components, refridge charge, limits and safety operation, clean condensation drain, and check complete operating cycle

We will test the HVAC system to ensure proper function. This will include testing the fan blade and motor functionality, check for proper air flow through the filter, check outdoor unit for any damage, clean the condenser coils, and check the drain line and clean if necessary. We will provide you with a detailed checklist of what we have checked and clenaed. We will come out once in the Spring and once in the Fall.

We will complete a detailed checklist as we did with your first unit.
